One of the loveliest plants on the planet! Plum Crazy Hibiscus has exquisite, violet-purple blooms that are 8-11" across! Purple streaks adorn the flower petals as well as a deep purple eye in the center of the bloom. Foliage looks like maple leaves in dark burgundy shades and are a perfect complement to this spectacular bloom. Compact plants are 30-42" tall and bushy, they work well in a border planting, in pots as focal points or in the center of your water feature with pot submerged with an inch of water over the top of the pot! Blooms mid to late summer until fall! Great in pots on patio, deck or pool side. Flowers are simply stunning!
Plant in heavy loam soil in the bog area of your pond in full sun to part shade. Water once or twice a week to keep soil moist, or plant in container and place in your pond with an inch of water over the top of the pot. Plants are hardy and come back year after year!
